Shanna Labrador, Owner of BOHO Boutique, began refinishing furniture for herself, family and friends over 7 years ago.  As she began offering her services to others in the community, her passion organically evolved into a small business called The ReFab Lab.  She credits her first "real pick" to her Grandfather, who let her explore his personal barn, which was off limits to everyone else! 

​Her creativity was noticed by the Town of Wake Forest who asked if she would exhibit her work at the inaugural Home & Garden Show, where she won the award for Best Seminar.  She was then approached by the Raleigh Home & Garden Show and was asked to exhibit her work in the lobby and on the main floor.  Here she Matt Blashaw of HGTV and was encouraged to continue her unique upcycling style.  She won the award for Best Overall Display at the event.  Shanna went on to sponsor the Wake Forest Home & Garden Show the following year where she won Best Marketplace Booth.  

​Having never owned a small business before, much of the next few years were trial and error as Shanna tried to navigate retail spaces and partnerships, realizing eventually that the creative part of the job was where her passions truly lay.  Three years ago The ReFab Lab was re-branded as BOHO Boutique, with a focus on eclectic style and custom pieces.  BOHO Boutique has found its home with a whole family of creative vendors at SuzAnna's Antiques in Rolesville, NC and continues to offer eclectic pieces and custom refinishing services.  In her booth you will find custom furniture, unique decor, handmade goods from other local small business and a variety of furniture painting and craft supplies.
